We are a community driven company that believes everyone should have access to a better diaper changing experience in public spaces, one that does not involve a floor.  The #OFFTHEFLOOR Initiative was designed to help create healthy and sanitary conditions for all babies in public restrooms globally.  We will be partnering with local communities to provide Change Baby Tables to those public restrooms in need.  

OUR STORY.

As a father of three young children, I know diapers.  I know lots of diapers.  And I know changing diapers.  Which, by the way, isn't so great and not so enjoyable, but a part of being a Dad.  Ever since my kids were young, we traveled a lot and were active in general.  And as city dwellers, we were outside the home almost all the time.  So, we've seen more than our fair share of public restrooms.  And we've changed lots of diapers in a public restroom, so we have come to know many different type of baby changing tables in our lifetime, and sadly, we've even had to use the restroom floor on occasion in moments of a crisis where a changing table was nowhere to be found.  

Sometimes in life, you often find yourself saying "there has to be a better way" or "there has got to be a better solution", and almost every time I left the public restroom after a diaper change, I found myself thinking exactly this.  And apparently I wasn't alone.  Just Google it, and the frustration and angst that you will find will leave you understanding why we became obsessed.  Not to mention pretty much every single parent we know or spoke to felt the same...changing your baby's diaper in the public restroom is not enjoyable whatsoever and the overall experience is cause for concern.  Stuck in the 1980's, the current landscape of the baby changing table offerings in the public restroom is outdated and not meeting the needs of today's modern parent.  So yes, we felt some disruption, or shall we say, Change, was needed. We got together with some brilliant design minds, world-class marketers, and proven business leaders and our mission began...
